September 09 Bernadette Tynan congratulates brilliant violinist and musician Christopher Tang on his scholarship to Ampleforth School! Well Done! You are Brilliant! Oldham OwlsAlex Williams was awarded £700.00 for his team the Oldham Owls due to his sheer charisma, determination, maturity and amazing ability to have overcome Meningitis, which took the use of legs, and turn adversity into high powered ambition and energy, by learning a new sport and focusing on a fantastic aim for his future. Pictured here with his dedicated and Mum and Dad, and the awesome Oldham Owls who comprise an incredibly skilled and extremely fast team (this sport is not for the faint hearted!), Alex and the Owls are working hard with regular successful games in UK and abroad, plus weekly practice to reach their dream of the Paralympics 2012. Go Alex and the Owls! You are GREAT!
